Rapid Revolutions

Shipping Policy:

This shipping policy discloses the shipping practices for Rapid Revolutions. Rapid Revolutions promotes the use of fair shipping practices. Rapid Revolutions is committed to your goods arriving to their designated destination.

Shipping Methods:

Rapid Revolutions primarily uses UPS, Canada Post, and local couriers for shipping goods.  Larger and/or heavier items may be transported via trucking companies but the customer will be advised of the trucking company prior to shipping.

Shipping Quote Requests:

In order to obtain a shipping quote, a user must first complete a Quote Request Form.  Or an order in the ecommerce store and request a shipping quote.  A user is required to give their contact information (such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address). This information is used to contact the user and provide the quote or other information that they have requested. All customer information obtained via the quote request form is encrypted for security purposes and stored on a secured server.

Shipping Errors:

Errors which occur due to the shipping companies negligence will be covered by that specific shipping company.  Any damage MUST be noted upon recieving the item. Pictures must also be taken of the damage and date stamped.  Rapid Revolutions will do its best to assist the customer in correcting the error.  If an incorrect product is shipped Rapid Revolutions will work with the customer to get them the correct product.

Shipping Times/Schedule:

Rapid Revolutions only ships during Monday to Friday on non-statatory holidays.  Shipping times can varily greatly based on the location it is being shipped to.  Rapid Revolutions has no control over the shipping company schedules.  Rapid Revolutions will happily divulge the tracking numbers, to the specific customer only, whenever possible.

Shipping Returns:

Any returns must be pre-authorized with a Rapid Revolutions representative.  The representative will give instructions based on the specific scenario to ship back the product.

Shipping Warranty Items:

In most cases the customer is responsible for shipping costs for warranty items being sent to Rapid Revolutions for inspection.  The customer must make sure to contact Rapid Revolutions prior to shipping their items so the items get handled correctly upon arrival.
